Registration Process for Overseas Delegates

Distinguished guests, welcome to our conference. Please notice the following tips for a smooth registration process:

Registration Process for Overseas Delegates

() Representatives who have paid the fee

1Participants who already have paid the registration fee and have signed up, (filled in the personal information form or registered online), please go directly to the overseas registration desk and collect your conference materials.

2Groups that have already paid the registration fee and have signed up (filled in the personal information form or registered online), should appoint only one representative to directly go to overseas registration desk and collect your conference materials for the group.

3Participants who have already paid, but have not registered (who did not fill in the personal information form or did not register online), please go to the overseas registration desk with a proof of payment to collect your conference materials.

() Participants who have not paid the registration fee

1、Participants who have not paid the admission fee but have registered (filled in the personal information form or registered online), please go to the overseas registration desk and complete the payment and collect your conference materials.

2Participants who have not paid the admission fee and have not registered (filled in the personal information form or registered online), please go to the overseas registration desk to complete the payment and fill in the form before collecting your conference materials.

 Registration of Overseas and Domestic Exhibitors

Overseas and domestic exhibitors should go to the exhibitors desk for  registration.

 Process for Changing Registration Information

1Participants who want to participate in the AIB training need to go to the information desk to pay the fee before collecting your AIB training related materials;

2Participants who need to change personal information (name, company name and phone number) need to go directly to the information desk.

 Time for Attending AIB Training

Participants attending the basic and intermediate levels of the AIB training can collect your class identifications card from 08:30-16:00 on September 28 and from 08:00-09:00 on September 29.

Please notice: Conference badge, meal coupons and tickets for banquets are required  for admission. Please keep them in a secured place.
