What is AIB International?

AIB International is the short name of American Institute of Baking. AIB was founded in 1919 by the North American Wholesale Association and Retail Baking Industry Association as a non-profit organization. As an information transfer center for baking and other food processing technologies, headquartered in Kansas, USA. AIB’s core concept is to "put science to work for the baker", a theme that has expanded yet remains central to the development. Currently AIB has expanded the processing technology, distribution and management service to the whole world. AIB is made up of experts in the fields of experimental baking, cereal science, nutrition labeling, food safety and hygiene, occupational safety and maintenance of food equipment. AIB currently has offered authentication for over 900 companies around the globe from international food raw material suppliers, various food production and service companies to small traditional handmade baking companies.

AIB是美国烘烤技术研究所（American Institute of Baking）的简称。美国烘烤技术研究所是由北美批发与零售烘培工业协会于1919年发起成立的一个非盈利性的机构，作为烘培和其它食品加工技术的交流中心，总部位于美国堪萨斯州，曼哈顿市美国烘烤技术研究所本着"将科技带入食品加工"的核心理念不断地发展，目前已经将各种类型的食品生产工业的加工技术，分销配售和管理服务在全球范围推广。美国烘烤技术研究所拥有全美这个领域最资深的专家，研究涉及领域包括烘培实验，谷类科学，营养学，食品安全和卫生，职业安全，食品工程设备维护。美国烘烤技术研究所目前已经为全世界各个国家九百名多家企业提供认证服务，从国际的食品原料提供商，各类食品生产和服务公司到小型的传统手工烘焙企业.

What is the use of AIB training certification?

AIB specially sets AIB Unified Standards on Food Safety for food suppliers, including requirements for the quality, safety and sanitation assurance of food suppliers. AIB's audit standards are widely recognized by consumers and North American food retailers and used by many global food retailers and purchasing groups as a threshold for suppliers. Therefore, the audit of AIB has become an essential criterion for food manufacturers to sell products to the North American. The International Food Retailers Association (CIES), which has more than 200 supermarket groups worldwide, launched the Global Food Safety Action Plan(GFSI) in 2009. GFSI has recognized AIB certification as the standard for its members. 

02AIB培训取证有啥用处？

   AIB为食品供应商专门制定了一套《AIB食品安全统一标准》，这套标准包含了对食品供应商的品质与安全卫生保证能力的考核要求。AIB的审核标准得到了消费者及北美食品零售商的广泛认可，进而被许多全球食品零售商和采购集团用来作为对供应商实施准入的一道门槛。因此，通过AIB的审核，也就成了食品生产商们把产品销入北美市场的一个重要条件。拥有全球200多个超市集团作为成员的国际食品零售商联合会（CIES），于2009年启动了GFSI——“全球食品安全行动计划”，GFSI已将AIB认可为该组织向其成员推荐使用的标准。

AIB unified inspection standard

Since 1956,the standard of AIB International has been the basis of internationally recognized standards.In view of diverse needs of customers, AIB’s unified standards are designed to achieve the following two objectives:

1.         In order to maintain the health and safety of the food in the production environment, a series of suggestions regarding food processing or food processing equipment are offered.

2.         Educate users of standards to learn how to correctly understand the meaning of individual standard, understand the process of consultation and how to successfully complete the consultation.

AIB 统一检查标准

安邦国际的统一标准自1956年使用以来已经成为国际认可标准的基础。考虑到客户的多种需求，安邦国际的统一标准旨在达到以下两个目标：

1.为了保持食品在生产环境中的健康和安全，在食品加工或者食品处理设备方面提供一系列代表了主要要求的建议。

2.教育标准的使用者，如何正确理解个别标准的含义，并了解咨询的过程以及如何完成一次成功的咨询。
