Job Responsibilities:
1.Maximize the purchase by the Club ONE members – take orders and send to distributor for processing and supply.
2.Achieve the sales objectives set up in the budget plan
3.Analyze the market and develop the customer base of the club ONE by targeting the growth PCOs
4.Through regular visits and organization of training and customer meetings support the growth of the PCO members of Club One.
5.Maintain relationship with market influencers and authorities; promote the Bayer Solutions
6.Set up the local client data addresses, classification, complete in time the market survey, the visit & sales reports.
7.Visit key PCO accounts and key service consumers in order to promote the Bayer Solutions and ensure that key service consumers request Bayer Solutions.

Requirements:        
1.At least college education level, major in Insect or biology related
2.3 years working experiences as sales role
3.Experience in the pest control industry or related industry
4.Pest control technology        
5.Good communication capability.
6.Good selling skills.
7.Good self-motivation
